Howard Berman, a seasoned prosecutor who commenced his career with New York City’s District Attorney’s Office, has dedicated the past two and a half decades to advancing government affairs at the highest levels. Mr. Berman played a pivotal role in establishing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Criminal Enforcement, where he served as Deputy Director of the Criminal Enforcement Counsel Division.

Since transitioning to consulting after leaving the Agency, Mr. Berman has demonstrated exceptional expertise in resolving regulatory compliance and rule-making challenges involving federal, state, and local environmental agencies. He has held leadership positions with prominent international and national government relations firms.
